Light steel buildings are classified as permanent residences and real estate, similar to concrete structures, and therefore require a permit. Construction permits can be obtained from the relevant municipality or special administrative institutions. Upon completion of construction, an occupancy permit (building usage approval) must also be obtained, just like with concrete buildings.

Customers are responsible for the groundwork, such as pouring the concrete slab and screeding. They are also in charge of utility connections, including electricity and water subscriptions at the construction site. Meeting the requirements and demands of official institutions is also the responsibility of the customer.

Our company does not apply regional price differences.

Transportation and accommodation costs for workers are covered by our company.

With the light steel system, we can construct buildings up to 4 stories. With heavy steel reinforcement, we can build structures of 5 stories and more.

Depending on demand and the number of houses, we deliver in three stages: "light steel," "advanced rough construction," and "turnkey."

Our company can modify the models in our portfolio according to customer requests and technical possibilities, including resizing them. Layout plans are entirely prepared based on customer demands, and we can also design unique models based on the customer’s personal vision.

The materials used in our projects are sourced from well-known brands. Customers choose the colors and patterns for decoration and cladding products.

From the completion of the foundation concrete, the average delivery time for projects varies between 20 to 25 days, depending on the features and size of the building.
